The Dunn Law Group was founded by Matthew J. Dunn, Esq., a former Massachusetts Assistant District Attorney and Associate Counsel for a major metropolitan Boston real estate management and development company. In his practice, Mr. Dunn has represented individuals, insurers, lending institutions, privately held corporations, large companies, condominium boards, trustees and associations in their personal and business-related legal matters. He has also served as counsel for landlords, tenants,  buyers, sellers, banks, condominium unit owners, general contractors, subcontractors and home owners in real estate transaction disputes, mortgage fraud claims, loan modifications, foreclosure prevention and foreclosure defense, eminent domain, adverse possession, condominium and zoning litigation matters. Mr. Dunn is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts, New York and Illinois.

At the Dunn Law Group we are active in a number of legal and real estate industry organizations. These include the Massachusetts Bar Association (“MBA”), the Boston Bar Association (“BBA”), the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association ("REBA"), the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (“NAIOP”) and the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS. We also remain active in the Boston College and Suffolk University communities. Through these affiliations the Dunn Law Group is better able to serve our clients by staying on the cutting edge of the law, community activities and all matters affecting the construction and real estate industries.

Peter Brennan, Esq. is Of Counsel to the Dunn Law Group. Mr. Brennan is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
